We continued our exploration of Easton with our first Vietnamese cuisine experience at Pho Social!
Located right across from the Nordstrom parking lot, Pho Social Vietnamese Grill has a substantial patio. We went there on a Tuesday evening and didn’t have to wait long to be seated in the light and spacious dining area. The waitress was extremely helpful in explaining the menu items. The atmosphere inside was light and airy, matching the quality of the food.
The Pho was delicious, and the meat was savory. We left feeling satisfied rather than stuffed and weighed down. You could see the chefs clipping garnishes and preparing the food in their open window kitchen in the back. The food came out quickly and was delicious! The pictures do not do it justice!
I always check the Google reviews to see what food is mentioned most because if it has that many good reviews, it must be worth it. EVERYONE was raving about the coffee. Now, we went at 7pm, and I would be up until the next morning, so we did not try it, but we will be back for it soon.
Pho Social may be a chain, but it consists of independently owned and operated restaurants. Pho Social was a great first introduction to Vietnamese cuisine, priding themselves on family recipes and handmade cuisine. I can’t wait to compare it to other places we find!
If you have any places you love to visit and can’t keep to yourself, let us know! We are always looking for great new eats and activities!
