I stumbled upon this intimate ramen bistro recently and found a new favorite that I had to share! Located downtown, this cozy restaurant is a great spot for dinner before an event.
The owners pride themselves on serving quality ingredients that are sourced locally and bringing a modern twist to a combination of eastern + western dishes.
From dumplings to edamame, noodles to curries, sake to boba, and breakfast on the weekend, the menu has immense variety!
If you want a little spice before your meal, the Spiced Edamame is the way to go!
I enjoyed the Mala Firecracker bone broth and would highly recommend. The nuttiness and spice of the Szechuan complimented the chicken and broth perfectly.
Hannah dined on a savory Angus Beef Noodle broth and paired it with a slightly sweet Passionfruit Mule. They both had so much flavor, however we agreed the favorite dish of the night was the Firecracker!
